Pet Nat

Pressed from Spätburgunder grapes that grow near the estate. We mature our Pet Nat Rosé in Fuder casks until it is ready to drink. We wait for the weather to warm up before bottling to ensure that first fermentation is complete. A wine of fresh fruit and terrific concentration.
