Riesling, grown on clay slate soils, fermented in Mosel fuder and in stainless steel tanks, and left to mature for up to one year on the lees without any added sulfur. Complex, with intense minerality. Fresh citrus aromas and nuances of stone fruits and nuts. Lively and playful, yet elegant, with hints of smoke and salt on the finish.
